Russian visa

All foreign nationals are required to have entry visas to travel to the Russian Federation. Russian entry visas can be obtained only at Russian Embassy or Consulate abroad. To apply for the Russian visa it is necessary to have an invitation (visa support) from the Russian part. You may get the invitation in specially authorized travel agencies (if you travel on leisure).

Soleans service Lufthansa City Center is authorized by Ministry of Foreigner Affairs and has the reference number which allows us to supply foreigners with the invitations for getting Russian tourist visas. With our invitation you may apply for a visa at any Russian Embassy or Consulate worldwide.

We provide visa support for getting tourist visa only in case of hotel reservation (it is free of charge).

Requirements for getting tourist invitation

To get the invitation for tourist visa please send us following passport details for every traveler: first name, family name, date of birth, citizenship, passport number and its expiry date and travel data: dates of trip, cities to be visited, multiplicity of visa, car details (if you travel by car) and fax number where invitation should be sent. If you travel with child (children) indicated in to your passport, please send their names, surnames, date of births and citizenships. If your child has his own passport it is necessary to have a separate invitation. Please check with your Russian Embassy or Consulate if the original of invitation is required. If it is so we are glad to send the original of invitation by post at 186 RUB per person. Otherwise we will send it to you by fax.

We provide visa support for getting tourist visa only in case of hotel reservation (it is free of charge).

Consulate requirements

After you received the invitation you should apply to the local Russian Embassy or Consulate and submit the following documents (for tourist visa):

• your original passport with at least 2 visa-designated pages (ATTENTION: passport must be valid for at least 6 months after intended departure date from Russia);
• two copies of completed and signed visa application forms;
• one-three passport-sized photos;
• medical insurance which is valid in Russia (for all time your visa is valid);
• the invitation (visa support): confirmation of hotel reservation from authorized Russian travel agency, or directly from the Russian hotel you have booked, showing reference number and confirmation number for the visa;
• consulate's fee.
