Booking of services for individual tourists

Booking of individual tourists should be made in a written form by fax or e-mail correspondence and should contain all requests of services required. Booking of individual tourists "Soleans Service" confirms in a written form by fax or e-mail correspondence within 24 hours, except for especial itineraries.

Special programs are to be discussed and confirmed at least a week prior to the arrival of individual tourists. If an unlucky event occurs that "Soleans Service " is unable to provide accommodation or any service agreed and confirmed by "Soleans Service", Soleans will provide alternative accommodation or service for the individual tourists without additional cost

Cancellation, no show of individual tourista

Cancellation of all requests for individual tourists should be made in a written form by fax or e-mail correspondence. Cancellation is considered accepted only after written confirmation sent by Soleans.

Cancellation received 36 hours and less prior to the arrival and "no show" of individual tourists are the subject to be charged by "Soleans" with the price for the first overnight.

Sending individual tourists

Every individual tourists should arrive with a voucher, where company notes the name of receiving company, the reference number of the tourists, dates and place of accommodation, standards of accommodation, program and all other services booked in "Soleans" It is preferable if an individual tourist knows the information about "Soleans", i e. address, phone numbers and the names of contact person of "Soleans", so in case of any problem to contact with "Soleans"

In case of necessity of sending individual tourists in hotels not provided by present conditions the sides should co-ordinate the prices and the conditions of booking in additional way by fax or e-mail correspondence.

All conditions of reservations and cancelation are considered to be accepted after the agreement being signed. All rates are subject to change without notice if not confirmed
